Telesales Representative
to join our dynamic sales team and help expand our customer base across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential leads and promote our fintech/crypto products or services
Clearly explain product benefits, pricing, and platform features to prospective users
Answer customer queries related to account creation, exchange, security, and payment process
Follow up on leads, close sales, and maintain client relationships
Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback
Language Requirements (Any 2 or More):
Proficiency in English is mandatory
Should speak at least one or more of the following fluently:
Hindi
Tamil
Malayalam
Kannada
Telugu
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in handling objections and closing deals over the phone
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with digital wallets and cryptocurrency-related products is a plus
Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking
