Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce Miqat's services.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the business development team.
- Handle client queries in a professional manner and direct them to the relevant team.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Maintain records of telephonic interactions and customer feedback.
