As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote products or services. Your goal will be to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Duties
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospects following a prepared script
Identify decision-makers and potential leads
Explain products or services to potential customers
Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
Sales experience is a plus
Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits
