Job Description

We are looking for energetic and results-driven

Telesales Agents

to join our team and help us generate leads and schedule meetings for our property consultants.

Job Responsibilities:



Outbound Calls:

Contact potential clients and introduce our real estate services.

Lead Qualification:

Identify and qualify prospective buyers, sellers, and investors.

Appointment Scheduling:

Secure meetings for our real estate consultants with interested clients.

Follow-ups:

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads to nurture client relationships.

Database Management:

Update CRM records with lead details and call outcomes.

Achieve Targets:

Meet the monthly target of 15 scheduled meetings to qualify for incentives.

Requirements:



Experience in Telesales / Cold Calling

(Real Estate experience is a plus).

Strong Communication Skills

- Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).

Confidence & Persistence

- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.

Goal-Oriented

- Motivated to achieve and exceed targets.

Basic Computer Skills

- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking.
