Telesales Representative

fintech or digital financial services space

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate leads and convert prospects into active customers. Clearly explain fintech products and services, including features related to online gaming, investment apps, or crypto platforms. Maintain strong knowledge of financial technology trends and use it to educate and influence customers. Achieve and exceed monthly targets for calls, conversions, and customer acquisition. Build rapport with potential clients and ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey. Document and update lead data using CRM tools, sales trackers, or spreadsheets. Provide insights to the marketing and product teams based on customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of

experience in telesales or inside sales

, specifically in

fintech, online gaming, or crypto

. Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus like Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu). Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-tech-savvy clients. Familiarity with fintech tools, cryptocurrency platforms, or investment apps. Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems, lead management tools, and WhatsApp Business is an advantage.
