3.Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of products or services offered to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
4.Sales Pitch:
Deliver compelling sales presentations to persuade potential clients to make purchases or engage services.
5.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
6.Data Entry and Management: Accurately record customer interactions, sales, and lead information into the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.
7.Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales, ensuring customers have all necessary information.
8.Objection Handling:
Address customer objections and concerns professionally to facilitate a positive outcome.
9.Sales Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, progress, and targets met to management.
10.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and sales strategies.
Qualifications
1. Previous telemarketing or telesales experience is preferred.
2.Fluent in English (spoken and written) is essential.
3.Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
4.Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
5. Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple accounts.
6.Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
