Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer objections effectively and professionally
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM software
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Collaborate with team members to improve performance and strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
