Job Description

Aarna Real Estate ,We are seeking a Female Telesales Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating high-quality property listings from landlords and property owners within the Dubai secondary real estate market. The ideal candidate will have experience in Telesales, a strong understanding of Dubai's property market, and the ability to secure new listings per month through effective outbound calls and communication.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Lead Generation & Listings Acquisition:

o Conduct outbound telesales calls to landlords, property owners, and potential vendors to secure property listings.

o Qualify leads by assessing the potential of landlords and property owners to list their properties for sale or rent.

o Engage property owners in meaningful conversations to persuade them to list exclusively with our agency.

2. Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords and property owners, ensuring their trust and continued business.

o Provide professional advice and market insights to property owners, helping them understand current market conditions and pricing.

o Follow up with leads consistently, maintaining an up-to-date database and tracking conversations to ensure a steady pipeline of active listings.

3. Collaboration with Sales Team:

o Collaborate with the team to ensure that all new listings are created in Property Finder, Bayut, and any other relevant platforms.

o Ensure that sales agents are provided with full details of the listings to assist in their sales processes.

4. Market Research & Trend Analysis:

o Stay updated with the latest trends, demand, and pricing in the Dubai secondary property market.

o Use market knowledge to inform and influence conversations with landlords, suggesting competitive pricing and strategies to enhance the attractiveness of their listings.

o Track competition and understand changes in market dynamics to better position our services to property owners.

5. Sales Pipeline Management:

o Manage the sales pipeline for property listings, ensuring leads are nurtured until they are handed over to brokers or negotiators.

o Maintain accurate records of client interactions and listing statuses using CRM tools.

o Monitor the conversion rates of leads to listings and identify opportunities to improve performance.

6. Achieving Targets & Reporting:

o Meet monthly KPIs and sales targets related to listing acquisition and call volume.

o Report on the status of calls, listings secured, and performance metrics to the Line Manager on a weekly basis.

o Track performance against daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and adjust strategies to meet targets consistently.

7. Objection Handling & Negotiation:

o Effectively manage objections and concerns from landlords regarding pricing, exclusivity, and commission.

o Use proven sales techniques to build rapport, address concerns, and guide property owners through the decision-making process.

o Ensure all required documentation related to listings is accurately completed and submitted.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of telesales experience in the Dubai real estate market, preferably in the secondary sales sector. Sales Skills: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and secure property listings via outbound calls. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships, negotiate, and persuade effectively. Market Knowledge: Knowledge of Dubai's property market, including trends, demand, and competitive pricing. CRM & Listing Platforms: Proficiency in using CRM systems, Property Finder, Bayut, and other real estate listing platforms. Target-Oriented: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving and exceeding daily and monthly targets. Objection Handling: Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, particularly in securing exclusive listings.
