Telesales Representative

Job Description

The Telesales Representative is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales over the phone. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a results-driven approach to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers via phone to introduce products/services. Sales Pitches: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and explain product benefits. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales opportunities from cold calls or provided leads. Customer Engagement: Build rapport, answer questions, and address objections. Closing Sales: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and secure sales. CRM Management: Record customer interactions, update sales data, and maintain accurate records. Targets & KPIs: Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and performance metrics. Follow-Ups: Schedule callbacks and follow up on potential leads. Market Feedback: Report customer concerns, trends, and competitor insights to management. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, sales scripts, and telemarketing regulations (e.g., Do Not Call lists).

Requirements & Skills:



Experience: Prior telesales, telemarketing, or call center experience preferred. Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal skills. Sales Aptitude: Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, dialing systems, and basic computer skills. Time Management: Efficient multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Language: Fluency in [required language(s)]; additional languages a plus.

Work Conditions:



Shift Work: May include evenings, weekends, or flexible hours. Environment: Office-based or remote (with reliable internet/phone connection). Tools Provided: Headset, CRM access, call scripts, and sales training.

Education & Certifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; sales/marketing certifications a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
