Position: Telesales Representative

Salary Range: 3,500 to 4,500 AED plus commission.

Location: UAE, Dubai.

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through effective communication with potential clients over the phone. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products/services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.

- Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer inquiries.

- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching sales goals.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.

Fresh graduate are also welcomed.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales skills for meeting targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
