Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Dubai driving license services.
Clearly explain the driving license process and guide customers through enrollment.
Answer customer questions, address objections, and provide accurate information.
Convert leads into confirmed enrollments and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain a database of prospective and current clients using CRM software.
Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service.
Provide daily call and sales reports to the management team.
Requirements:
Prior experience in telesales or call center (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with the Dubai driving license process is a plus.
Compensation:
Basic Salary:
AED 2,500.00 to 3,500.00 per month
Commission-Based:
Higher sales = Higher earnings
