Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists or CRM system
Explain property features, pricing, and availability over the phone
Schedule appointments for property viewings with the sales team
Follow up with clients via phone, email, and SMS to nurture leads
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools
Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and call targets
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies
Stay updated on current real estate listings, market trends, and promotions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or call center preferred
Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Knowledge of real estate industry or eagerness to learn quickly
Basic computer and CRM software proficiency
Bilingual (optional but a plus depending on location/client base)
