We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven
Telesales Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our services/products, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
Follow up with leads and potential clients for repeat business or referrals.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve sales techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar sales role.
Strong communication skills in
Hindi and English
(additional regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam will be an added advantage).
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge for handling CRM systems and call records.
A customer-focused, result-driven attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center experience.
Familiarity with financial services is a plus.
