  • Proven experience in tele sales or in a similar role.
  • Target to reach a minimum of daily 150 to 200 connected calls and fix 25 to 30 appointments in a month.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls to potential clients interested in buying real estate properties in UAE.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and hand them to assigned Leaders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company\'s real estate listings, including property details, pricing, and market trends in Dubai.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current market conditions, pricing, and legal regulations.
  • Exceptional inter personal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
