- Generate and qualify leads from cold calling
- Carry out sales presentations through the phone
- Meet monthly as well as quarterly sales goals in accordance with the company goals
- Track and follow up on leads through calling them
- Prepare and update activity reports
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Possess a Degree in Sales and Marketing or any related course
- Practical experience telesales role
- Strong telesales skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must have good Ms Office suite
- Should be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone
