DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Telesales Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
- Sale and promote the company products to the assigned markets over the telephone
- Improve visibility and brand image
- Assist in marketing products and services on a daily basis to prospective customers
- Maintain the best in terms of quality of sales
- Create relationships with existing referral sources and cultivate new referral sources
- Respond to questions about products or the company
- Give feedback to the team leader on the acceptance of the products
- Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in a relevant course
- At least 1 year of experience in telesales or similar role
- Must have a pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to persuade
- Should flexible with the ability to pay attention to details
- Good planning skills required
- Strong Ms Office suite knowledge required
- Must be familiar with relevant computer programs such as CRM software as well as telephone systems
