About the role: We are seeking a passionate and driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and converting them into satisfied clients through engaging phone conversations. You\'ll play a key role in driving our sales goals and contributing to the company\'s continued growth. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential customers through inbound leads or outbound calling campaigns.
- Engage in friendly and professional phone conversations to introduce our products/services and understand customer needs.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits, tailoring your approach to individual customer requirements.
- Address customer questions and concerns effectively, offering solutions and overcoming objections.
- Negotiate terms and close sales, exceeding assigned targets and quotas.
- Build rapport and foster positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Enter and update customer information in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Track your own performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to team discussions and share best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Strong sales acumen and a genuine passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs and concerns.
- Proficient in objection handling and closing techniques.
- Strong work ethic with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software.
