TeleSales Representative Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-time (Contract) About Our Client: Our Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company that has partnered with us to identify a talented TeleSales Representative to join their team. The client is a leader in providing innovative automation solutions to businesses, and they are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in B2B sales. Responsibilities: Client Interaction:
  • Work closely with the client\'s team to understand their unique automation needs.
  • Collaborate with the client to develop tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations:
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the client\'s automation solutions.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
  • Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects for the client.
Consultative Selling:
  • Understand the client\'s industry and business processes.
  • Propose and promote automation solutions that align with client requirements.
Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Liaise between the client and our internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
Sales Quotas:
  • Collaborate with the client to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and progress.
Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products.
  • Provide feedback to the client on market insights.
Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance for both our client and our organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 2-3 years in B2B sales, with a focus on automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales automation tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both our organization and the client\'s team.
  • Proactive and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
  • B2B Telesales: 2 years (Preferred)
