Telesales Representative - Casa Vista Real Estate Casa Vista Real Estate, a leading real estate firm in Dubai, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a drive for sales, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the real estate industry.
- Support to the team on negotiating deals and closing sales.
- Present and promote our properties and services.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company\'s properties and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market.
- Strong command in English language.
- Experience in Dubai real estate industry and must have at least 2 years experience in tele-sales calling and its trends
- Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills, organizational expertise mastering the job description, on-call scripting and industry product knowledge.
- Proven sales experience ( Calling ).
- Sales-driven and team player.
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- High school diploma; bachelor\'s degree a plus.
