Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided contact lists.
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and sales.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and achieve goals.
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to effectively handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
