In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our HR consultancy firm. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients within your designated territory or industry, focusing on businesses in need of HR solutions and services. Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand each client\'s unique HR challenges and objectives. Tailor our services to address their specific requirements effectively. Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our HR consultancy services. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service, demonstrating expertise, and being a trusted advisor in HR matters. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the HR landscape to adapt our sales strategies accordingly. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
