We are looking for an experienced and driven "Salesperson in Real Estate : Cold Caller" to join our growing development team at The Pearl Gates . The successful candidate should meet the following: This position is ideal for someone who has software sales experience in Automotive/ Property industry. Job duties and Responsibilities: ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling outbound & inbound phone, with a goal of setting a firm appointment date & time.
• Project a friendly and helpful Presentations , while providing a positive first impression of the dealership.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate Agents
• Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
• Scheduling a consultation between the prospective Clients and a Agents.
• Utilize CRM to log all customer activity, including visits, phone calls, text messages and emails.
• Work independently and proactively to meet personal business goals
• Track weekly and monthly progress, including the number of calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year inbound and outbound call center experience.
• Preferred experience in the Automotive/ Property industry.
• Strong understanding of performance-based initiatives.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and have a solid background in all MS Office products.
• Must be self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software programs and systems quickly.
