We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative with strong communication skills to join our team!

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, possess a persuasive attitude, and have a passion for building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to introduce products or services in a clear and engaging manner. Communicate effectively to qualify leads and identify sales opportunities. Deliver persuasive and customized sales pitches, highlighting features and benefits that meet client needs. Address questions, concerns, and objections confidently and professionally over the phone. Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets (TBD). Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent and thoughtful communication. Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and alignment with client expectations. Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred. Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong listening skills and the ability to respond with empathy and clarity. Confidence in handling objections and turning them into opportunities. Ability to work independently while being a proactive contributor to the team. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for connecting with people. Comfortable making a high volume of calls and adapting communication style based on client needs. Positive, persuasive, and energetic attitude.
