Lead Generation:

Customer Support:
Handle incoming calls from existing customers, address their questions, concerns, and complaints, and provide information or resolve issues.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information in databases, and document feedback for follow-up actions.
Follow-Up:
Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing communication.
Sales and Performance:
Meet sales targets and quotas and contribute to the overall performance of the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
