Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telesales & Training Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for managing daily telesales activities, including making and receiving calls to assist clients with their training needs.

This is an on-site role located in Dubai, requiring a proactive and client-focused approach to enhance customer satisfaction and support training and development initiatives.

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our educational programs ? ?Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally ? ?Schedule and coordinate private training sessions between clients and trainers ? ?Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client updates ? ?Provide administrative support related to scheduling, documentation, and reporting ? ?Ensure smooth coordination of training programs and monitor client satisfaction

Qualifications

Skills in Training Coordination and Training & Development Must be on their own Visa Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, admin, or coordination (mandatory) Effective Communication and Training skills Experience in Employee Training Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
