Make daily outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote the product.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp, providing accurate product information.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into actual customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and align with the company's marketing strategies.
Record customer details and keep the database updated regularly.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Represent the product in a professional and positive manner during all communications.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably telesales).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficient in using computer tools and messaging apps (Excel / WhatsApp / CRM).
English and Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
