Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to warm leads sourced from campaigns, referrals, and digital inquiries Present immigration programs (work, study, skilled migration) with clarity and compliance Convert leads into paying clients by guiding them through eligibility, documentation, and onboarding Follow structured sales scripts and objection-handling protocols Maintain detailed CRM records and follow-up schedules Collaborate with documentation and case teams to ensure smooth client handover Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets Educate clients on scam prevention, payment verification, and legal safeguards

Ideal Candidate Profile



1-3 years of telesales experience, preferably in immigration, recruitment, or financial services Proven track record of lead conversion and closing sales Fluent in English; Hindi, Tagalog
