Tele Sales & Customer Support (English & Russian)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bilingual Call Center Agent fluent in English and Russian to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to provide top-tier customer service across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails in a professional and courteous manner. Communicate fluently in both English and Russian (spoken and written). Manage and follow up on leads, ensuring timely sales closures. Track and manage open cases to resolution. Escalate complex cases to relevant departments as necessary. Work effectively in a 24/7 shift-based environment, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements:

Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or a similar customer-facing role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in real estate or facilities management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
