Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Maintain patient database and follow up effectively to close leads.
Coordinate with front desk and medical team for smooth patient flow.
Maintain high professionalism and service standards in every call.
Requirements
Mandatory: Minimum 1 year experience in telesales within a clinic/medical/aesthetic center.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Knowledge of aesthetic services, treatments, and basic medical terminology is an advantage.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Fluent in Arabic
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
