Tele Sales Executive - Real Estate

Responsibilities:

Contact existing and potential clients to promote and sell real estate projects across Dubai (off-plan and ready properties). Generate qualified leads for the property consultants and outdoor sales team. Accurately record and update client information, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Present available projects professionally and provide recommendations based on clients' needs and preferences. Follow up on leads, calls, and messages promptly to maximize conversion opportunities. Utilize company-provided sales scripts and strategies to handle client objections effectively. Achieve or exceed daily and monthly performance targets, including call volume and sales goals. Stay updated with the latest real estate projects, market trends, and developer promotions.

Requirements:

Experience as a

Telesales Executive

or similar sales role, preferably in

real estate

. Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills (English required, Arabic is a plus). Strong negotiation and consultative sales abilities. Good computer skills and familiarity with

Microsoft Office

and CRM tools. Ability to follow structured sales scripts and processes. High level of self-motivation, confidence, and target-driven mindset. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional customer service and client relationship management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
