Job Description

: The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Dubai real estate market and be able to manage making calls daily for new listings. Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients, delivering information about our real estate offerings.
Identify and assess potential leads by understanding their needs and preferences.
Organize appointments for interested clients to meet with our sales team.
Maintain meticulous call records, documenting relevant information.
Submit daily call logs and reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the real estate industry
Support to the team on negotiating deals and closing sales
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company\'s properties and services
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in Dubai real estate industry and tele-sales calling
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its trends
Ability to multitask and manage a large team of agents effectively
Fluent in English, ability to speak other languages are a bonus
Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Familiarity with Dubai\'s real estate market trends, regulations, and property types.
Capability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls while ensuring top-quality service.
