Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce exclusive Dubai real estate projects Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and connect clients with Property Consultants Manage and follow up with your client database regularly Handle property listings, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets Maintain professional relationships with clients to build trust and long-term business

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

in sales or telesales (real estate experience preferred) Strong

communication and negotiation

skills Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus) Must be

based in Dubai

and ready to join immediately Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven For Real Estate Agents: knowledge of

Dubai communities

and

RERA certification

is a plus
