Tele-Sales Operator Bilingual

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients through various channels and generate qualified leads for our real estate services.
• Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our company and its offerings, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, providing information, and addressing their inquiries.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for clients to meet with our real estate agents, ensuring a seamless transition from the initial contact to the next stages of the sales process.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into potential clients and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, ensuring the CRM system is utilized efficiently for tracking leads and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years previous experience proven experience in telesales, preferably in the Real Estate developer industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our Company effectively.
• Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Knowledge of Real Estate: Basic knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai is a must.
• Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems and their functions.
