- Build, develop and maintain highly personalised lasting key relationships.
- Use your experience and knowledge to assist key customers with the aim of making their money work best for them and supporting them in understanding their finances.
- Develop significant sales and high levels of customer satisfaction by up-selling based on NBC brand awareness and value prepositions.
- Accountable for overall achievement of performance objectives within your control:
- Customer experience and satisfaction
- Sales Growth
- Collaborate cross functionally to provide high standards of service delivery.
- Ensure conformity with local/global and market standards of customer service, regulatory compliance and NBC T&C.
- Work closely with all relevant departments / colleagues, to deliver exceptional business performance.
- In the way you work on a daily basis, be a role model for your colleagues, doing things wholeheartedly, communicating with passion and enthusiasm and embracing change as a way of working.
- Preferably bi-lingual (English / Arabic) in written & oral.
- Excellent communication, negotiating and selling skills.
- Time management; project management and business reporting skills.
- Socially adept and able to liaise effectively with a wide range of contacts
- Able to effectively establish a network of contacts within the UAE.
- Market, competitors and commercial business knowledge.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales with a bank or a financial institution.
- Completion of 12 months in current position
- Good Performance rating 3 and above for 2021 performance year
- Clear conduct history with no active warnings
- Position will be open for 2 weeks
