Walk In Interview for Leading Bank in Dubai Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Contacting potential loan customers via telephone or other means of communication
Explaining loan products, features, and benefits to customers
Collecting information and documents required for loan processing
Verifying customer information and credit scores
Following up with customers regarding their loan applications
Meeting targets for the number of calls made and loans processed
Report to work on time and be able to proactively source clients by making phone calls to reach target customers.
Team player who takes individual accountability for results.
Highly organized and independently motivated worker with impeccable follow-up skills
Strong organization skills and the ability to quickly assess and prioritize.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Good communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with loan products and processes
Proven experience in tele calling especially for loans
Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
Candidates must be sales driven and possess excellent communication
