Job Description

We are currently seeking highly motivated and persuasive individuals to join our team as Telesales Representatives. As a Telesales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products or services over the phone. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a target-driven environment. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and effectively communicating their benefits. Build and maintain relationships with customers over the phone, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections. Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals. Present and explain product features, pricing, and promotions to potential customers. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis. Update customer information and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to overall sales growth. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Generate and submit sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in a target-driven environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Persuasive and confident with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Resilient and able to handle rejection and objections positively. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. High school diploma or equivalent (required), additional sales or marketing certifications (preferred).
