Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Handle objections and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Accurately record and update customer information in our CRM system.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and provide detailed information.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in a telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software
Preferred
A proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management.
Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
