We are an Accounting and Tax Consultancy firm providing services including bookkeeping, VAT, Corporate Tax, compliance, and financial advisory services.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote accounting and tax services Explain company services clearly and professionally to potential customers Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales/accounting team Follow up with existing and potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email Maintain and update client data and call records Support basic marketing activities (WhatsApp campaigns, emails, promotions, etc.) Coordinate with management for sales targets and reporting Build and maintain good client relationships
Requirements & Skills

Female candidate preferred Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred) Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Confidence in dealing with clients over the phone Basic knowledge of accounting/tax services is an advantage (training will be provided) Ability to meet sales targets and work independently Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM handling
