We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The Telesales Rep will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone to promote and sell products or services, explain product features, answer questions, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
Introduce and promote company products or services.
Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a record of calls, sales, and customer information using a CRM system.
Follow up on previous contacts and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
Handle customer objections and negotiate to close the sale.
Qualifications:
Degree in business or marketing is a plus.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
Office-based or remote work depending on the company setup.
Typically includes full-time hours; may include evening or weekend shifts depending on the business.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
