Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven German-speaking Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and at least 1 year of experience in telesales within the Dubai market.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients in the German-speaking market Promote company products/services and generate sales leads Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets Follow up with prospects and close deals effectively Handle customer objections professionally and confidently
Requirements:
Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory Good command of English Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in Dubai Proven track record in sales and customer engagement Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented
