Location: Office 104, Saaed Tower 2 (Same Building KFC), Near Emirates Tower Metro Station, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai
Interview Time: 12-Oct-2023 between 12 to 4 PM & 14-Oct-2023 between 12 to 4 PM Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Closing sales deals over the phone, visits and maintaining good customer relationships
- Effectively manage large amount of calls.
- Identify and assess customer\xe2\x80\x99s need to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or any related field.
- Sales Experience is Mandatory.
- TeleSales experience in the Telecommunication field is preferred.
- Candidates excellent in English speaking only can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs.
