We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales professional to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum basic knowledge of Digital Marketing or Digital Media and a passion for engaging with customers and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services.
Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Follow up with potential clients to close sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
Minimum basic knowledge of Digital Marketing or Digital Media concepts.
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
