Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling

:Initiating calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services and generate interest.

Inbound Call Handling

:Responding to customer queries, questions, and complaints that arise from marketing campaigns or direct responses.

Needs Assessment

:Asking relevant questions to understand customer needs, problems, and preferences to offer tailored solutions.

Sales & Upselling

:Persuading customers to purchase products, and suggesting complementary or premium offerings (upselling and cross-selling).

Lead Qualification

:Identifying prospects who are ready to buy and forwarding them to the field sales team.

Record Keeping

:Accurately recording and updating customer information, call details, and sales transactions in a database or CRM system.

Sales Targets

:Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals and quotas.

Customer Relationship Management

:Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

* ENGLISH, HINDI (Preferred)
