Sales Calls & Client Contact
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote exhibition opportunities.
Present and explain event details, benefits, and pricing options.
Handle objections and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Follow up on inquiries, send proposals, and negotiate terms to close sales.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales using CRM tools.
Provide regular reports on sales activity, performance, and targets.
Target Achievement
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on hitting event revenue goals.
Coordination with Event Team
Liaise with marketing, operations, and event management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of exhibitors.
Coordinate booth assignments, payments, and participation details.
Market Research & Feedback
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor exhibitions.
Gather feedback from clients to improve future exhibitions and customer experience.
Cross-Selling & Upselling
Promote additional services such as sponsorship packages, advertising, or speaking opportunities.
