driven, result-oriented Telesales Executives

to join our growing family.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our financial products & services. Qualify leads, identify client needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiries to confirmed deals. Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Update and maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients for repeat and referral business. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and close high-value deals.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years in telesales, call center sales, or telemarketing (financial services experience preferred but not mandatory). Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven record of achieving targets. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Tamil/Tagalog an advantage). Ability to handle objections and work under pressure in a target-driven environment. Self-motivated, confident, and sales-focused personality. Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM usage.
