We're hiring Female Tele Sales agents to join our growing team. Job Summary & Purpose
The incumbent is responsible to acquire Banking Products through telemarketing. Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities
- Tele call potential or existing customers ( from the provided database) to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Enter and update customer information in the database, Take and process orders in an accurate manner in CRM.
- Ensure to inform all the products features properly to avoid the cancelation in later stage of the process or after issuance.
- MIS & reports - Daily calls status , CRM updates , Sales data etc.
- Training on new products
- 100% verification success in welcome calls.
- Success ratio - Offering the right products to the customers.
- Ensure to meet the calls target set for the day.
1.5 years of experience as telesales representative role , Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone, Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems, Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection, Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Educational Qualification
Graduation Certificate is mandatory Professional Certifications
