Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads Clearly explain the services Understand client needs and advise our offerings Convert leads through effective follow-up Maintain call records and follow up using CRM tools Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet targets

Requirements:

Female candidates only (must be under husband sponsorship) Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Confident and articulate phone manner Strong interpersonal and convincing skills A positive attitude, high energy, and target-driven mindset Freshers with strong communication are welcome to apply Background in engineering, oil & gas, or safety is a strong plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Immediate joiners needed!
