Our mission is to make the visa application process stress-free and accessible for our clients worldwide. We are now seeking a dedicated and driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our visa consultancy services. Handle inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about visa requirements and application processes. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable visa solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up calls and excellent service. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay updated on visa policies, regulations, and company offerings to provide accurate advice.

Requirements

Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the visa consultancy or travel industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools. Fluency in [Specify required languages, e.g., English, Arabic, or Hindi] is a plus.
