Conduct outbound calls to prospective SME clients across the UAE.
Present, promote, and sell du's telecom products and services (mobile plans, internet, landline, etc.) tailored to SME needs.
Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate du business solutions.
Follow up on leads provided and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales using CRM systems.
Provide excellent customer service and support during and after the sales process.
Stay updated on du's latest SME offerings, promotions, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2.50 - AED3.50 per month
