Job Description
We're seeking a motivated
Telesales Executive
to join our travel company. You'll be contacting potential and existing customers to promote our holiday packages, travel deals, and related services.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients. Promote holiday packages, flight deals, hotel bookings, and travel insurance. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel options. Convert leads into confirmed bookings while hitting monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and follow-ups in CRM. Handle customer queries and provide excellent pre- and post-sales service. Work closely with the product and operations team to ensure smooth bookings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in telesales (Travel industry preferred)
